Factory
The factory covers an area of more than 580,00 square meters and employs over 380 staff members across R&D, design, smart manufacturing, and service departments. It operates multiple production lines imported from Germany and Japan and has more than 165 large-scale production machines.

2000
Company’s predecessor
The company’s predecessor, Wenzhou Jinma Plastics Co., Ltd., was incorporated and primarily engaged in the production of paper-plastic bags with side seams.
2002
Imported equipment
We imported Japanese center-seam sewing machines to expand our center-seam paper-plastic bag business, laying the foundation for the growth of our composite paper-plastic business.
2008
Business Expansion
Wenzhou Yizhou Packaging Co., Ltd. was established, expanding its business into the bulk bag sector, with an average annual output of 4,000 metric tons.
2012
Project Expansion
The expansion project—with an annual production capacity of 720,000 ton bags, 1,800 metric tons of woven bags, and 960 metric tons of flexible packaging—has come online, with production lines integrating ton bags, flexible packaging bags, woven bags, and more.
2017
Company Expansion
Established Wenzhou Mingrun Packaging Co., Ltd. and entered the field of fully automated valve bag production
2018
Industrial Upgrading
Wenzhou Zhilang Industrial Co., Ltd. was established to launch the “Project to Build a Production Line for a Series of Packaging Bags with an Annual Capacity of 25,000 Metric Tons,” thereby driving industrial upgrading and transformation.
2021
Business Merger
The operations of the Jinma, Yizhou, and Mingrun factories were merged into Zhilang, and the entire operation was relocated to the Cangnan County Industrial Park, where it achieved certification for management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and GB/T 27922.
