1.What is your minimum order quantity?
Since we customize our products according to customer requirements, our minimum order quantity is determined based on the bag style and manufacturing process requested by the customer. For long-term partners, the minimum order quantity is negotiable, and the larger the order, the greater the discount.
2.Are samples free? How long does it take to receive a sample?
Samples are provided free of charge; delivery times are subject to the destination country, and shipping costs are borne by the customer. For custom samples, delivery times may be extended depending on the complexity of the customization, and tooling costs are borne by the customer; these costs will be deducted from subsequent orders.
3.What is the lead time? How will the goods be delivered?
The typical production time for goods is 15–30 days. Depending on the customer’s requirements, delivery can be arranged on an EXW, FOB, or CIF basis.
4.What are the payment options?
We accept payment via T/T (wire transfer), PayPal, letters of credit, and other methods. For standard transactions, we require a 30% prepayment, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. More flexible payment terms are available for long-term partners upon request.
5.Is product quality guaranteed? How are quality issues handled?
Our products have obtained international certifications such as ISO 9001 and BRC, and every batch undergoes rigorous testing to ensure quality. If any quality issues arise (such as leaking or damaged bags), we will, upon verification, provide a free replacement or accept a return or exchange, and cover the corresponding shipping costs.
6.Do you offer OEM/ODM customization services?
Yes, we have a professional customization team, supporting the whole process of OEM/ODM customization. We can customize the material, size, printing, function, etc. according to your needs, with one-on-one docking throughout the process to ensure that the customized products meet your expectations.
